TOMBALL, TX ā BLTI was recently awarded several contracts for the City of Houston's Northeast Water Purification Plant (NEWPP) Expansion Project. The NEWPP is a design-build project that will add 320 million gallons per day (MGD) by 2024 to the existing water plant's capacity. The overall project is estimated at $1.4 billion and began work in early 2018. - North Plant
- Central Plant
- Site Electrical
